Please download, sign and return the New User Agreement form along with the hook-up fee of $7,875.00.    Also, please provide Northside Water with the address and a map showing the physical location of the proposed hook-up.  After the fee is paid, Northside will schedule the meter installation.  The customer’s financial responsibility is to tap the main water line, install the service line from the main water line to the meter box, install a coil pit or meter box including the meter, and install a service line from the meter box to the residence.  Northside Water has a preferred hired contractor to complete the described work including tapping the main water line and installing a service line from the main water line to the meter box. Northside Water will inspect the main water line tap and coil pit/meter box installation as it is being completed.  Once that is completed, the monthly fee of $38.00 plus a charge for all water used will be charged to the customer.  The meter will be read and a statement will be sent to the customer each month.
